John R. Brayya, 46, of Clifton, passed away on May 4, 2014. Born in Passaic, he was a lifelong resident of Clifton. John was a Machinist for Teledyne and AGL, both in Clifton, for many years. Beloved father of Heather Brayya and her fiancée Terry Baker of Carbondale, PA. Cherished grandfather of Vanessa, Jasmine, Emily and Terry Baker. Loving son of John and Barbara (DeWolf) of Clifton. Devoted fiancé of Grace Bonafede of Hawthorne. Dear brother of Lisa Hochmuth and her husband Eugene of Mt. Pocono, PA. Loving uncle of Danielle and Nicholas Hochmuth. Nephew of Jim and Sharon Ulrich, Raymond and Peggy DeWolf, Nina DeWolf, and the late Virginia and Ronald Dille. Cousin of Richard and Raymond Volosin, Karen Rollins, Raymond DeWolf, Jr., Brittany DeWolf, Melissa and Tom Ferrick, and Timothy Dille. Sadly missed by his pets, Rosie, Eden and Blackie. Visiting Wednesday 6-9 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, Funeral Service at 8 PM. Cremation will be private.
