Joanne D'Arienzo's Obituary
Joanne M. (Hruby) D'Arienzo, 74, of Clifton, passed away on December 27, 2017. Born in Bloomfield, she lived there before moving to Clifton over 50 years ago.
A parishioner of Assumption of the Holy Virgin Orthodox Church, Clifton, Joanne was a member of the Sisterhood of St. Barbara and sang in the church choir. Joanne was a Customer Service Rep. for Clifton Savings Bank for 15 years, retiring in 2005. Prior to that Joanne had worked for Scientific Labs in Bloomfield for 20 years.

Beloved wife for 31 years of the late Henry who passed away in 2005. Devoted sister of Robert Hruby of Farmingdale, and the late John Eugene Hruby who passed away in 1986. Dear sister in law of Carol and Lorraine Hruby. Loving aunt of Debra, Susan, John, Cynthia and Barry. Joanne is also survived by several great nieces, nephews, and her cherished best friend, Pat.
Funeral Saturday 9 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at Assumption of the Holy Virgin Orthodox Church, Clifton. Interment, Thursday, January 4, 2018, Pleasant View Cemetery, Pleasant Mount, PA. Visiting Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the funeral home, Parastas at 3 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 15829, Arlington, VA 22215, www.diabetes.org , in memory of Joanne would be greatly appreciated.
