Jelani A. Brissett, 29, of Paterson passed away on June 1, 2024. Born in Kingston, Jamaica, he traveled to the US in 2003 and settled in Paterson. Jelani was a self-contracting artist in music.

Cherished son of Rose McNab-Henry and her husband Richard Henry and Beresford Brissett. Loving brother of T.J., Jamali, Kymani, Asheay, Lance, Shion, Kerry, Camay, Tacky, Berry and Kayla. Husband of Mayra Montanez-Brissett. Jelani will be greatly missed by his extended family members.

Visiting Friday, June 21, 7 – 9 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Funeral Saturday, June 22, 7:30 AM at the funeral home. Interment, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton.
