Jeffrey Stephen Duffy, 56, of Clifton, on August 3, 2010 Born in Passaic he was lifelong resident of Clifton.

Jeffrey graduated Lincoln Technical School with a degree in HVAC and went on to become president of McKenzie, Inc of Clifton. He was one of the original members of the Golden Rockets and was active in Clifton Southern Division Little League serving as manager and coach. Jeffrey was a very active member of Alcoholics Anonymous and helped many friends and strangers with their recovery. His family and friends are very proud of his 20 years of sobriety.

Cherished husband of Maureen (Ulrich) Loving father of Christian. Beloved son of Beverly and late Christian Duffy of Clifton. Brother of Richard and his wife Elaine of Alexandria, VA, Cindy Hoey and her husband Jeff of Clifton, and David and his wife Lisa of Clifton. Uncle of Meaghan and Kerry Duffy, Matthew and Allison Hoey, Anastascia and Joseph Duffy, Ryan, Sean, Courtney, Danielle, and Dylan Ulrich and the late James Hoey.

Funeral Friday 8:45 AM at Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton, and 10:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church, 303 Maplewood Avenue, Clifton. Interment Hillside Cemetery, Lyndhurst. Visiting Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM.
