Janet (Manyk) Tumicki, 70, of Garnerville, NY, passed away on September 2, 2023. Born in Passaic, she lived in Clifton prior to moving to Garnerville. A parishioner of St. Paul RC Church, Clifton, Janet worked as a Medical Assistant for many years before retiring in 2010. Janet was an avid reader, devouring books as much as she could, she loved to cook and devoted much of her time to creating amazing meals for her family and friends. She was an amazing grandmother dedicating as much time and energy as she could to her 4 grandchildren who were the loves of her life. Janet will be sorely missed by her 2 devoted daughters who loved her as much as she loved them. She was a selfless mother who sacrificed so much for her children. She was an avid builder of bird houses and fairy gardens with a deep love for animals. She gardened and spent many hours outdoors cultivating flowers and vegetables.

Beloved wife for 7 years of Michael Tumicki. Devoted mother of Nicole Barrett and her husband Scott and Melissa Issa and her husband Marc. Cherished grandmother of Alexa, Cameron, Emma and Hailey. Loving sister of Diane Cannon, Susan Matanin, Julie Ann Slezak and Nancy Delaney.
