Janet C. (Gusciora) Korty, 91, of Clifton passed away on March 7, 2011. Born in Passaic, Janet lived in Clifton all of her life.

A parishioner of St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton, Janet was a member of Loaves and Fishes, the Rosary and Altar Society, Golden Circle and was an active volunteer at the annual Parish Picnic. Janet was an Assembler for Raybestos-Manhattan Rubber Co., Inc., Passaic, for 10 years before retiring many years ago.

Beloved wife for 63 years of Emil. Devoted mother of Brian and his wife Patricia of Potomac, MD, Janice DeVita and her husband Robert of Clifton, Carol Farrelly of Boulder City, NV, and Donald and his wife Tawny of Clifton. Loving grandmother of 8. Dear sister of the late John, William, Ben, Joseph, and Joan Gusciora.

Funeral Thursday 9 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at St. John Kanty RC Church. Interment, St. Nicholas Cemetery, Lodi. Visiting, Wednesday 4-8 PM.
