Jadwiga (Strzeszewska) Fijorek, 83, of Garfield, passed away on December 2, 2016. Born in Poland, she came to the US in 1981 and lived in Clifton before moving to Garfield in 1982.
Jadwiga was a parishioner of St. Stanislaus Kostka RC Church, Garfield.
Beloved wife of the late Zdzislaw who passed away in 2012. Dear sister of Stanislawa Welyczko of Clifton, Helena Strzeszewska of Clifton, Stanislaw Strzeszewska of Stanhope, and the late Genowefa Besterci who passed away in 2009.
Funeral Wednesday 8:45 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at St. Stanislaus Kostka RC Church, Garfield. Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery, Saddle Brook. Visiting Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the funeral home.
