Jack Bello, 82, of Passaic, passed away on March 30, 2018. Born and raised in Paterson, he lived in Wallington and Passaic for many years.
A US Marines Veteran of the Korean War, Jack was the owner of a cafe in Passaic for many years.
Beloved husband of Sonia (Centeno). Devoted father of Josephine Sandberg of Matawan, Vincent Bello and his wife Lisa of Wayne, and Jack Bello and his wife Gina of Bloomingdale. Cherished step father of Raynaldo Rexach of Passaic, David Rexach of Arizona, and Angelina Mercado of Passaic. Dear brother of Gracie Alu of FL, and Thomas Alu of Nutley. Loving grandfather of Gabriella Bello, Ryan and Sam Sandberg, Corey Bello, Ethan Sandberg, Jessica, Antonia, Marissa, Vincent and Jack Bello, David, Ray, Elijah, Jabar, Farrah, and Jayzah. Adored uncle of Joseph and Gordy Michael Banta, and the late Theresa Banta.
Funeral Wednesday 10 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Entombment, Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa. Visiting Tuesday 4-8 PM at the funeral home.
