Isabel Alves de Macedo, 70, of Garfield passed away on January 13, 2017. Born in Carbonita, Minas Gerais, Brazil, Isabel came to the US in 1962 and lived in NYC and Lodi before moving to Garfield in 1995. She was the Owner/Operator of Bella Cleaning, Garfield, for many years.

Devoted mother of Johnny Soares and Chistina Oliveira, both of West Palm Beach, FL, and Douglas Walker of Garfield. Cherished Grandmother of Christian and Sophie Soares, Ashley Boswell, Yulianna and Jacob Walker and Julian Oliveira. Dear sister of Maria Jose Carvalho, Josefina Alves de Macedo, Raimunda Alves da Rocha, Antonia Gloria Krug and Jose Antonio Alves de Macedo.

Visiting Tuesday 4-8PM, with a funeral service to be held at 6PM, at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Cremation, Private.
