Irene T. Koribanics' Obituary
Irene T. Koribanics (Telep), 89, of Clifton, passed away on July 31, 2017. Born in Jermyn, PA, she lived in Clifton all of her life.
A parishioner of Assumption of the Holy Virgin Orthodox Church, Clifton, Irene was a member of the Sisterhood of St. Barbra. A Customer Service Representative for PNC Bank in Clifton for 20 years, retiring many years ago, Irene was active with the PTA at School #13, Clifton, and had served as President of the Home and School Association at Passaic Collegiate for many years.
Devoted wife for 52 years of the late Honorable John Koribanics who passed away in 2002. Beloved mother of Joseph P. Koribanics and his wife Sharon (Gusciora), Michael P. Koribanics, Esq., and his wife Monique (Maggio), and the late John Peter who passed away in 1967. Loving grandmother of Christen and John Bart Koribanics.
Funeral Friday 8:45 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at Assumption of the Holy Virgin Orthodox Church, Clifton. Interment, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton. Visiting Thursday 4-8 PM at the funeral home, Parastas at 7 PM.
