Irene Janke's Obituary
Irene Janke, of East Rutherford, passed away on April 30, 2018. Born in Passaic she lived most of her life in East Rutherford. Irene, a homemaker, was a parishioner of Ss. Peter and Paul's Polish National Catholic Church, Passaic.
Beloved mother of Brian and his wife Linda of Flemington, James and his wife Wendy of Waldwick, Wayne of Hawthorne, and the late Bruce who passed away in 1975. Loving grandmother of 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Josephine Sikora of Wallington, and the late Stanley and John Skerpac, Julia Baran and Felicia Kwasnik. Cherished aunt of many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Funeral Friday 8:45 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at Ss. Peter and Paul's PNC Church, Passaic. Interment, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton. Visiting Thursday 4-8 PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to your favorite charity in memory of Irene, would be greatly appreciated.
