Ignatius "Nate" A. Corrao, 91, of Clifton, passed away peacefully on August 15, 2018, surrounded by his loving family. Born and raised in Clifton, Nate lived most of his life there. A proud Navy veteran of WWII, Nate was a member of the V.F.W. of Lodi, and was one of the original owners of Jan Fence Co. in Clifton for many years before retiring in 2013.

Beloved husband of Jean (Carabello) for 67 years. Devoted father of Carol Jean Floegel of Basking Ridge, and Mary Frances Cini and her husband Edmund Joseph of Montville. Cherished grandfather of Melanie Jean Piselli and her husband John C., Edmund Joseph Cini, Jr., and Diana Jean Floegel. Adored great-grandfather of Gianna Nicole Piselli, Siera Jean Piselli, and John Edmund Piselli. Dear brother of the late Joseph and Anthony Corrao.

Funeral Monday 8:45 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10:00 AM at St. Paul RC Church, Clifton. Entombment, Calvary Cemetery, Paterson. Visiting Sunday 2:00-6:00 PM at the funeral home.
