Helen Nosal, of Hampden, ME, formerly of Clifton, passed away on March 16, 2026. Born and raised in Clifton, she was a lifelong resident of Clifton before moving to Maine a few years ago.

A parishioner of The Russian Orthodox Church of Three Saints, Garfield, Helen was an Accounting Supervisor for NJ Bell in Paterson, where she worked for 41 years, retiring in 1984.

Beloved wife of the late James Howley, Sr., and the late Andrew Nosal, Sr. Devoted mother of the late James Howley, Jr. Devoted stepmother of Andrew Nosal and his wife Olga, Dorothea Ervin and her husband Michael, and Patricia Fitzgerald. Loving grandmother of Kimberly Lowe and her husband Will, Deanne Mills and her husband Michael, Michele Hung and her husband Henry, Andrew Nosal and his wife Ana, and Daniel Nosal. Cherished great grandmother of Addison Lowe, Isabel Nosal, Julia Mills, Eleanor Nosal, and Sasha Hung.

Visiting Monday, March 23, 2026, 10-10:30 AM at The Russian Orthodox Church of Three Saints, 474 Outwater Lane, Garfield. Funeral Service will begin at 10:30 AM. Interment, George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
