Helen (Pupek) Knowsley, 91, of Vernon Township passed away on September 23, 2020. Helen was born January 16, 1929 in Teaneck. She grew up in Fairview, later raising her family in Garfield before moving to Clifton for 33 years and spent her final years in Vernon Township.

Helen was a loving wife, mother and a nanny to all. Her joy in life was talking to everyone. She never missed the opportunity to have a conversation with anyone. She brought Joy and laughter and was loved by all.  Her stories were endless. She had a positive outlook on life and a smile for all.

Beloved wife of the late Robert Knowsley. Devoted mother of Cindy Bongiorno and her husband Joe, Karen Corizzi and her late husband Guy and Audrey Ritacco. Cherished grandmother of Leslie and her husband Dave, Joey, Kristyn and her husband Grant, Kari and her fiancé Adam, Nick and his wife Christina, Ricky and his wife Samantha and Alison and her fiancé Brandon. Loving great-grandmother of Gianna, Nicholas, Grant, Jake, Aryia, Ryland, Beckham and Everleigh

Visiting Thursday 10AM-12PM with a prayer service at 12PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton. Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery, Saddle Brook.
