Heather M. Markowski, 45, of Carlstadt passed away on October 5, 2022. Born in Paterson, Heather was raised in Lodi before moving to Carlstadt several years ago. Heather was a graphic designer for Savills in Rutherford for 5 years.

Beloved daughter of Donna (Markowski) Curcio of Garfield. Dear niece of Deborah Jones. Loving cousin of Jennifer and her husband James, Rachael and her husband Jude, Christal and her husband Will and Robert and his wife Katie. Cherished sister-friend of Tammy, Nadia, Erol, and Anna.

Heather was a talented artist and her creativity permeated all aspects of her life. She was adventurous in her love of travel and concerts. Heather's smile illuminated all of the lives that she touched.
