Obituary

Gregorio C. Inocencio, 76, of Clifton was called home suddenly to be with the Lord and his beloved wife Mercedes on September 23, 2022. Born in Olongapo City, Philippines. He worked in Saudi Arabia as Senior Budget Analyst and traveled the world before coming to the U.S. in September of
1987. He lived in Passaic, before settling in Clifton for over 30 years. Gregorio worked as an accountant in the Bursar's Office at Montclair State
University for over 20 years until he retired.

His love of going out, was second to none as he always cherished the times his family would gather. He instilled the value of being independent,
hard-working and taking advantage of the opportunity that he and Mercedes provided. Gregorio enjoyed his beloved wife's cooking, especially her famous "pancit" and ham were his constant request for all special occasions. He was an avid music lover reminiscent of his youth always listening to Elvis, Beatles, Engelbert Humperdinck and various Country Music artists. His love of shopping was fashionable as he was always a coordinated dresser. His generosity and perseverance in always providing was unwavering as he ensured his family's needs were always addressed.

Beloved husband of his late wife Mercedes L. Inocencio for over 51 years. Devoted father of five children, Maria Veronica Nieves and her husband
Edgard of Little Falls, Jason Inocencio and his wife Sahlee of Livingston, Geneva Douglas and her husband Garfield of DE, Olivia Dasig and her
husband Fred of Wyckoff and Gomer Inocencio and his late wife Jessica of Brandon, FL. Loving grandfather to eleven grandchildren who were blessed to call him "Lolo", Edgard, Jr., Christian, Aaron, Gabrielle, Andre, Adrian, Abigail, Andrew, Shane, Katherine and Jacob. Cherished great grandfather of Summer and Josiah. He is predeceased by his late brothers "Lando", "Junior", "Rene", "Boy", "Tunying" and late sister "Nene" of the Philippines. Loving uncle of many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
