Gloria (Sukkarieh) Saliba, 56, of Clifton, passed away on June 18, 2013. Born in Damascus, Syria, she came to the US in 1990 and settled in Clifton. A parishioner of St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church, Little Falls, Gloria, a homemaker, was a excellent cook and loved raising her family. Beloved wife of 38 years of Elias. Devoted mother of Shirin Hanna and her husband Samir of Lodi, Christina Miglaa and her husband Shoukri of Clifton, Rozan Jacob and her husband Emad of Woodland Park, Nicholas of Clifton, Nora Fransis and her husband Nicola of Woodland Park and Abraham of Clifton. Loving grandmother of Nicole, Jessica, Danny, Amy, David, Daniella and Valentina. Dear sister of Murray, Salma, George and the late Salim. Cherished aunt of Fadi Sukkarieh and Mosa Tawini who were like her other children and will miss her. Funeral Friday 8:45 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church, Little Falls. Interment, Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa.
