Giuseppe Occorso, 85, of Passaic on May 18, 2009. Born in Italy he came to the US on September 8, 1967 and settled in Passaic. A parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel RC Church, Passaic, Giuseppe was the Host at Enza's Restaurant and Pizzeria in Hawthorne for over 30 years. Beloved husband of the late Vincenza (DiPasquale) who died in 1976. Devoted father of Rosa Forte and her husband Domenico of Clifton, Maria Vincenza Scicchitano and her husband Rosario of Passaic, Santo Occorso of Hawthorne and Concetta Carreras of Passaic. Dear brother of Vincenzo, Antonio and Gioacchino of Italy, and Anna DiPasquale of Passaic. Loving grandfather of Vincenza Maria, Lina, Anthony "Tony", Joseph "Joey", Carmela, Vincenza, and Joseph Anthony. Cherished great grandfather of Jhasua and Matteo. Also survived by a loving friend and family member to all, Juanita Soto. Funeral Friday 9 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at Our Lady of Mt.
