German A. Roa, 37, of Clifton, passed away on March 23, 2018. Born in Chile, he came to the US in 1983 and lived in Passaic before moving to Clifton.
A parishioner of St. Paul's RC Church, Clifton, German proudly served in the US Army as an MP retiring as a Staff Sargent, after 20 years of service.
Beloved father of Josiah of Garfield and Andres of Florida. Loving son of Juan and Soledad (Follmer) Roa of Clifton. Dear brother of Karen Roa and her fiancee Darren Orta of Clifton.
Funeral Wednesday 8:45 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at St. Paul's RC Church, Clifton. Cremation, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton. Visiting Tuesday 4-8 PM at the funeral home.
