George K. Stamboulian, 80, of Clifton passed away June 13, 2011. Born in Syria, he came to the US in 1968 and lived in Paterson before moving to Clifton in 1984. A parishioner of Sts.Vartanantz Armenian Apostolic Church, Ridgefield, George was a Machinist for Lycko Manufacturing in North Bergen for 30 years, retiring in 2002. Beloved husband for 37 years of Takouhi (Tarkjian). Devoted father of Cynthia, Lana and Lisa, all of Clifton. Dear brother of Violet of Pompton Lakes and Chris of Waldwick. Funeral Thursday 8:30 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at Sts. Vartanantz Armenian Apostolic Church. Visiting Wednesday 6-9 PM with a Prayer Service at 7 PM.
