George Simon's Obituary
George Simon (Sergey Anatolyevich Semyonov), 58, of Hackensack, passed away on June 1, 2017. Born in Volgograd, Russia, formerly Stalingrad, USSR, he came to the US in 1988 and became a citizen in 1994. A parishioner of Ss. Kosma and Damien Russian Orthodox Church, Passaic, George was the webmaster for the church's website and sang in the choir. A computer programmer, George worked for Advantage Business Media and TEA Corporation before striking out on his own as a freelance Web Developer.
Beloved son of Liubov (Litinski) Semyonov of Russia and the late Anatole Semyonov. Dear brother of Evgeni Semyonov of Russia and uncle of several nieces and nephews. George will be sadly missed by the parish family of Ss. Kosma & Damien RO Church.
Funeral Thursday 9 AM at Ss. Kosma & Damien RO Church, 42 Van Buren St., Passaic. Interment, Novo DiVeevo Russian Convent Cemetery, Spring Valley, NY.
