Genowefa Wolak's Obituary
Genowefa (Kotwica) Wolak, 81, of Clifton, passed away on August 27, 2016. Born in Przyszow, Ruda, Poland, she came to the US in 1964 settling in Passaic and Clifton, and lived in Sussex for 20 years before returning to Clifton 5 years ago.
A parishioner of St. John Kanty RC Church, Genowefa was a member of the SJK Golden Circle. Before retiring in 1986, Genowefa was a Production Line Worker for Deluxe Check Printers in Clifton for 20 years.
Beloved wife of the late Walter who passed away in 2002. Devoted mother of Edward of Hamburg and his late wife Maria, Theresa Kuleta and her husband Joseph of Clifton, Joseph and his wife Danuta of Vernon, and Zofia Scully and her husband Brian of Clifton. Loving grandmother of Daniel, Jessica, Isabella, Andrew, Matthew and Jacob. Dear sister of Jean (Janina) Wolak of Saddle Brook and Walter Chudzik of Toms River. Cherished aunt of Alicia, Janet, Christopher and Cyndi.
Funeral Wednesday 9 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton. Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery, Saddle Brook. Visiting Tuesday 4-8 PM at the funeral home.
