Genowefa (Dys) Drelich, 89, of Lodi passed away on August 1, 2017. Born in Cycow, Poland, she came to the US in 1965 and lived in Garfield, before moving to Lodi in 1998.

A parishioner of St. Stanislaus Kostka Roman Catholic Church, Garfield, Genowefa was a member of the Rosary Society. She was also very active at Holy Rosary Church, Passaic. A machine operator for Marcal Paper Company in Elmwood Park for 20 years, retiring in 1990.

Beloved wife of the late Jan Drelich who passed away in 1982. Devoted mother of Christine Boryczewski of Lodi. Loving grandmother of Diane Lombardo of Washington Township, Christopher Boryczewski of Valley Cottage, NY, Lucy Boryczewski of Las Vegas, NV, and Richard Boryczewski of Columbus, OH. Cherished great grandmother of Erica, Gene, Olivia, Jillian, Marc, and Blaze. Dear sister of Kasimira Wielgo of East Rutherford, and Joseph Dys of Garfield.

Funeral Saturday 8:30 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., and 9:30 AM at St. Stanislaus Kostka Roman Catholic Church, Garfield. Interment, St. Michael's Cemetery, South Hackensack. Visiting Friday  2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at the funeral home.
