Genevieve "Jean" (Poloniak) Vladichak, 86, of Clifton, passed away on May 20, 2013. Born in Wallington, she lived most of her life in Clifton. A parishioner of St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton, Jean was a member of the Golden Circle as well as the former Leisure Club. Before retiring in 1986, Jean was a Secretary for Beecham Products in Clifton for many years. Beloved wife for 55 years of the late Andrew who passed away in 2008. Devoted mother of Karen Friedrich and her husband Charles of Upper Montclair, Andrea Vladichak of Augusta, Mary Vladichak of Barry Lakes, Susan Nelson and her husband Scott of Oakhurst, and the late Andrew. Dear sister of Caroline "Carey" Pohrichak of Lodi. Loving grandmother of Chuck and his wife Nancy, Brie and her husband Sam, Torie and her husband Patrick, Chelsea and her husband Michael, Alex and his wife Carly, Scott, Taylor and Mallory. Cherished great grandmother of Rosalind, Cary, Callie, Julia and Gabriel. Funeral Friday 9 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton. Cremation Private. Visiting Thursday 4-8 PM at the funeral home.
