Genevieve M. (Maksym) Tyma, 83, of Clifton, passed away on October 14, 2012. Born in Passaic, she was a lifelong resident of Clifton. A parishioner of St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton, Genevieve was a Secretary for the Passaic Board of Education at School # 1, Passaic for several years. Beloved wife of the late Albert L. Tyma, Sr., who passed away in 1993. Devoted mother of Albert L. Tyma, Jr and his wife Diane of Lincoln Park, and Maryanna Trombitas and her husband Michael of Clifton. Loving grandmother of Michael, Sarah, Jackie and Albert. Dear sister of Edward Maksym, Sr. of Clifton, and the late Joseph, Eugene and Bennie Maksym, Stephanie Pritch, Lee Rys and Wanda Marthouse. Funeral Thursday 9 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton. Interment, St. Nicholas' Cemetery, Lodi.
