Frances (Mirabella) Sinatra, 96, of Clifton, passed away on July 13, 2018. Born in Clifton, Frances lived there most of her life. A Buyer for Rowe Manse in Clifton, Frances was also known for her constant energy, giving heart, and tireless charity work. Frances volunteered her time with the USO, sending care packages overseas to our troops, and assisting Stanley Zwier during war time. Frances also loved children, and was a member of the Clifton School 13 PTO. Always cooking and baking for family and friends, Frances especially enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews. As a parishioner of St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton, Frances was a Girl Scout Troop Leader there as well.

Beloved wife of the late Frank C. Sinatra who passed away in 2005. Devoted mother of Joan Smith and her husband Ret. Col. Michael of Titusville. Cherished grandmother of Ryan Smith and his wife Julie and their daughter, Brielle. Dear sister of Rose Lazzaro, Sandra Mekita, Jean Milmark, Lucille Foley, and the late Dominick, Anthony and Joseph Mirabella, Mildred Borgess, and Gaetana Gebbia. Loving aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Wednesday 8:45 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10:00 AM at St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton. Interment, Crest Haven Memorial Park, Clifton. Visiting Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the funeral home.
