Frances (Quagliana) Hitson, 70, of Woodland Park, passed away on July 29, 2016. Born and raised in Passaic, she lived in Lincoln Park before moving to West Paterson in 1978.
A parishioner of St. Bonaventure RC Church, Paterson, Frances was a Elementary School Teacher in Bilingual Education for 25 years for both St. Bonaventure School, Paterson and the Passaic Board of Education, Passaic, retiring in 2014.
Beloved wife for 49 years of Robert Hitson, Sr.. Devoted mother of Gina M. Balduzzi and her husband Renato, and Robert Hitson, Jr. and his wife Davana, all of Wayne. Loving grandmother of Victoria, Christopher, Davela, Daven and Dalana. Dear sister of Harold Quagliana and his companion Sheila Smith of Passaic, and Patrick Quagliana, Esq., and his wife Maria of Little Falls.
Funeral Tuesday 8:45 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at St. Bonaventure RC Church, Paterson. Entombment, Calvary Cemetery, Paterson. Visiting Monday 4-8 PM at the funeral home.
