Florentino Cabeza, 87, of Passaic passed away on February 6, 2025. Born in Cuba, he came to the US in 1967 and first settled in Paterson, and later in Queens, NY, before moving to Passaic, where he lived for the remainder of his life.

Dear brother of Maria Acosta and the late Josefina Sandoval. Cherished uncle of Gustavo Acosta, Jorge Acosta, Charles Acosta, Richard Acosta, David Sandoval, and Jennifer (Sandoval) Duca. Florentino was also predeceased by his parents, Florentino and Maria Cabeza and brother-in-law, Gustavo Acosta.

Visiting Monday, February 10, 2025 from 2-3PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. A prayer service will begin at 2:30PM. Interment to follow at Ponds Reformed Church Cemetery, 341 Ramapo Valley Road, Oakland.
