Florence (Materniak) Listwan, 91, of Sarasota, Fl, formerly of Clifton passed away on February 19, 2011. Born in Passaic, she was a resident of Clifton for over 50 years, before moving to Sarasota 6 years ago.

Florence, a homemaker, was a parishioner of St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton, and a member of the SJK Leisure Club and AARP # 878, Clifton.

Beloved wife of the late Charles who died in 2001. Devoted mother of James F. and his wife Jane of Sarasota, and the late Elizabeth L. D'Orazio who died in 2010. Loving grandmother of Elisabeth Pritchett, Suzanne Garrow and Katherine Martin. Cherished great grandmother of 4.

Funeral Friday 9 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton. Interment, St. Michael's Cemetery, South Hackensack. Visiting Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. www.shookfh.com
