Faye N. DeFeo of Clifton passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2021, she was 86 years old. Faye, known "affectionately" to most as 'Nana', was born on February 7, 1934 and raised in Paterson.

Beloved mother of Peter Verile of Sussex, Donna Rivera of Haledon, Georgeann Titus of Paterson, Fayanna Mastropole of Sussex, Debra Jimenez of Totowa, and the late Bart Mastropole who passed away in 2020. Adoring grandmother of Jessica Lucero, Danielle Verile, Sara Ruiz, Pedro "Macho" Maldonado, Dana Bazo, Douglas Jimenez, Vanessa Jimenez, Pedro Maldonado, Makayla Shearin and the late Ramon Torres who passed away in 2017. Loving great grandmother of 12. She leaves behind nieces, nephews, many friends, and hundreds of people her generous heart helped through the years.

Faye, always full of spunk and life, enjoyed spending time with her family & friends, and always making people feel welcomed. Being a Nana was her greatest gift. She often kept busy playing cards, doing word search puzzles, and socializing. She had quite the sense of humor, putting a smile on faces everywhere she went. Faye was truly the life of a party and will be missed by all.
