Eugene J. Mazzola, 51, of Clifton, passed away on June 10, 2019. Born and raised in Passaic, Eugene moved to Clifton in 1985. He was an avid sports fan, especially the Washington Redskins and New York Yankees. Gene enjoyed Playstation games, vacations in Wildwood and Cape May, and he really loved celebrating Halloween. Eugene worked for Clifton DPW, with the recycling and signs crew, for 16 years.

Devoted son of Linda (Deyunn) Mazzola, and Mario Mazzola and his wife Ann. Beloved fiancé of Shannon Vida. Nephew of Danny M. Deyunn of Clifton, Michael T. Deyunn of Wayne, Vivian Billi of Fair Lawn, and Anne Varco of Florida. Loved by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral Friday 11:30 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Interment, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton. Visiting Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the funeral home.
