Esther (Ratzer) Jochmann, 95, of Wayne on August 4, 2010. Born in Clifton, Esther lived most of her life in Clifton before moving to Wayne 5 years ago.

A parishioner of the Wallington Presbyterian Church, Esther was a Spanner for Passaic Embroidery for many years, retiring in 1974. Esther was a member of the Clifton Moose Lodge and the Clifton Chapter of Deborah.

Beloved wife for 53 years of the late August who died in 1990. Beloved mother of Doris Petrie and her husband William of Wayne and the late Mary Guth who died in 1962. Dear sister of Charlotte Barbara of Nutley, Barbara Wilk of Massachusetts and the late Elizabeth Sudol, Steve and Fred Ratzer and Marion Licata. Loving grandmother of William, Lisa, William, Robert, John, Kristen and David. Cherished great grandmother of Siena, Nieve, Blaise, Holley, Tyler and Ian.

Funeral Saturday 9 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at the Wallington Presbyterian Church. Interment, Crest Haven Memorial Park, Clifton. Visiting Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
