Emma Cuervo, 95, of Paterson, passed away on November 2, 2012. Born in Villamaria, Caldas, Colombia, she came to the US in 1988 and settled in Paterson. A former parishioner of St. Anthony of Padua RC Church, Passaic, Emma was a seamstress in Colombia for many years, before coming to the US. Beloved wife of the late Jesus, who passed away many years ago. Devoted mother of Rosalba Jaramillo of Colombia, Sonia Cuervo and Victor Cobo, both of Paterson. Loving grandmother of 11 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. Visiting Thursday 4-8 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton.
