Elsie M. Rasquinha, 84, of Passaic passed away on May 4, 2011. Born in Bombay, India, she came to the US in 1984 and first settled in Clifton before moving to Passaic. Elsie was a former parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel RC Church, Passaic, and a parishioner of St. Clare RC Church, Clifton. Elsie worked as a school teacher for School #3 in Passaic for 16 years before retiring in 2000. Beloved wife of the late Gregory who passed away in 2005. Devoted mother of Kevin and Corrine of Clifton, Keith of Passaic, and Caroline Pai of San Diego, CA. Loving grandmother of Erica and Ian.
