Eleanor M. Zak, 86, of Clifton passed away on November 23, 2014. Born in Paterson, Eleanor lived in Clifton for most of her life. A parishioner of St. Clare's RC Church, Clifton, Eleanor was a member of the St. Clare's Leisure Club. She was an Office Manager for Payco American Corp., Edison, for many year, retiring several years ago. Beloved wife of the late Sigmund, who passed away in October. Devoted mother of Sister Ellen Zak of Riverhead, NY, and Stephanie Ali and her husband George of Montvale. Loving grandmother of Alecia DeJoseph and her husband Andrew and Gregory Ali. Funeral Wednesday 9 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at St. Clare's RC Church, Clifton. Interment, St. Michael's Cemetery, South Hackensack. Visiting Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the funeral home.
