Eleanor E. Paterno's Obituary
Eleanor M. (Piros) Paterno, 87, of Passaic, passed away on September 2, 2016. Born in Passaic, she lived in Clifton for 37 years, returning to Passaic in 1987.
A parishioner of St. Andrew the Apostle RC Church, Clifton, Eleanor enjoyed playing Bingo at the Boys and Girls Club of Clifton for many years. Eleanor was a Secretary for Rebco Co. in Paterson, where she worked for 15 years, retiring in 1998.
Beloved wife of the late Frank J. Paterno who passed away in 1995. Devoted mother of Gale Tedeschi and her husband Ken of Lincoln Park and Donna DeLorenzi and her husband Ed of Jackson. Loving grandmother of Jenna and Nicole. Dear sister of Margaret Malik of Clifton and the late Joseph and George Piros.
Funeral Thursday 9 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at St. Andrew the Apostle RC Church, Clifton. Interment, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton. Visiting Wednesday 4-8 PM at the funeral home.
