Edward John "Eddie" Briggs, 57, of Sterling Forest, NY passed away on April 16, 2012. Born in Passaic, Eddie lived in Garfield, Fairlawn and Hawthorne before moving to Sterling Forest, NY two years ago. Eddie was a bartender for Rossi's Tavern in Clifton. Beloved husband for 24 years of Chloris (Mandeville). Loving son of Dolores (Borges) Dentzau and her husband William of Toms River and the late Edward Briggs. Dear brother of Deborah Glenn of Clifton and Janice Briggs of PA. Cherished uncle of several nieces, nephews, great nieces and a great nephew.
