Douglas W. Hines, 54, of Lincoln Park, passed away on September 19, 2018. Born in Paterson, Douglas grew up in Clifton, before moving to Lincoln Park in 1991. Doug was the owner/operator of Data Software Solutions, Fairfield, and also specialized in the field of robotics. A Free Mason, Doug also worked with the Inventors' Association and was a member of the IEEE Professional Association.

Beloved husband of Sandra (Hazinski) Hines. Devoted father of Kenneth Douglas and his wife Krystina of Boonton. Dear brother of Arthur P. Hines, III, and his wife Frances, Kevin Hines, and Jennifer Hines. Dear uncle of Robert Hines, Thomas Martin, Caitlin Hines, and Lauren Hines.

Funeral Service Monday 10:30 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Cremation, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton. Visitation Sunday 2-6 PM at the funeral home.
