Douglas James Heidt

Douglas James Heidt, 61 of Little Falls, N.J. passed away on Friday, September 6, 2024.
Douglas grew up in Essex Fells, NJ, with his father, the late Christian Heidt, III, mother, the late Jean Jackson Clark, and sister, Denise. There he started his own home improvement business and also worked for his brother-in-law's swimming pool company. He spent the past few years helping at the Saint Agnes Church food pantry.

Douglas loved to have garage sales, ride his bike, go fishing, duck hunting, ice skating, feed the birdies, and go food shopping with his son.

He is survived by his son, Christian Heidt, IV, his twin sister, Denise White and her husband Thomas, and their daughter, Ashley Oliphant and her husband Derek. A prayer service will be held for him at Saint Agnes Church in Little Falls at a soon to be determined date.
