Dorothy Ann (McMahon) Scott, "Dotsie", age 64, was reunited with her beloved husband, James (Jimmy) Scott, in the early hours of July 11th. Dotsie and Jimmy will be able to once again share their morning coffee together while lovingly watching over their treasured children: Brian Scott & wife, Carrie (nee Hynes), Sean Scott & wife Sonia (nee Bertolo), their daughter Jennifer Scott, and Victor P. and Robert Martinez - who they loved as if they were their own children, as well as their adored grandchildren, Emma Rose Scott, Nathaniel James Scott, Ryan Patrick and John "Jack" Robert Martinez. Dotsie was born in Jersey City on April 28, 1951 to Margaret (nee Consodine) and Bernard McMahon, who have both predeceased her. She is survived by her devoted siblings, Nancy Bonicioli & husband Billy, Peggy Cirrito & husband Jack, James McMahon and his wife Linda, and Tommy McMahon and his late wife Carol. She will forever be remembered for her warm smile, kind hospitality, and enjoyment of Entenmann's parties (aka Coffee And...which she can now enjoy with Augustine "Gissy" Reid again) with her many friends and extended family. Dotsie was truly one of a kind and had an infectious laugh that brightened the day of all those in her presence. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton. A Funeral Mass celebrating her life will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at 10:00 AM at Holy Angels Church in Little Falls, kindly arrive at the funeral home by 8:45 AM.
