Dorothy (Goobic) Nalesnik, 90, of Clifton, passed away on October 25, 2022. Born in Little Falls, she was a lifelong resident of Clifton. Dorothy was an active parishioner of the Assumption of the Holy Virgin Orthodox Church and was a member of the Athenia Veterans Post Ladies Auxiliary and NARFE.

Beloved wife for 55 years of the late Harry Nalesnik who passed away in 2008. Devoted mother of Gregory and his wife Cathleen and Lori Gasior and her husband David, all of Wayne. Loving grandmother of Aimee Bejar, M.D., and her husband David Bejar, M.D., Paul Gasior and his wife Michelle Gasior, Esq., Robert Nalesnik and Gregory H. Nalesnik, D.O. Dear great-grandmother of Sebastian Bejar and Noah Gasior. Loving sister of the late Edward Goobic. Doting Nonny to everyone else who knew her.

Visiting Sunday 2-6PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Funeral Monday 9:15AM at the funeral home and 10:30AM at Assumption of the Holy Virgin Orthodox Church, Clifton. Interment, Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa.
