Doris Ann (Dittrich) Ruis, 79, of Clifton passed away on July 22, 2010. Born in Passaic, Doris was a lifelong resident of Clifton, and graduated from Holy Trinity Elementary School and Pope Pius XII High School in Passaic.

A homemaker, Doris had been an Executive Secretary for New Jersey Bank in Passaic for many years.

Beloved wife for 56 years of Garry. Devoted mother of Gail Ruis, and Gregory and his wife Barbara all of Clifton. Dear sister of Kenneth Dittrich of Las Vegas. Loving grandmother of Matthew Bloing, and Shauna Ruis.

Funeral Tuesday 10:30 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Interment, Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Upper Montclair. Visiting Monday 2-6 PM.
