Donald E. Stacy, 85, of Clifton passed away on July 22, 2022. Born in Garfield, he was raised in Clifton and has lived there for most of his life. Don was a supervisor for Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission in Newark for 28 years before retiring in 2002. He was a US Air Force Veteran and was an avid NY Giants fan and loved to do crossword puzzles and daily scratch-offs. Don loved the beach and would spend half the year in Ormond Beach, FL.

Beloved husband for 45 years of Pamela (Dryden). Devoted father of Donnie E. Stacy, Jr., and his wife Devanee, Dorothy "Dutchie" Waldron and her husband Donnie, Cheryle Stacy, Karen Frantz and her husband Don, Lisa Ogilvy and her husband David, Kevin Stacy, Susan Butryn and her husband Henry, and Beth Unruh and her husband Caleb. Cherished grandfather of 20 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 16 great-great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Lorraine Freyland.

Visiting Friday 4-8PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Funeral service Saturday 9:30AM at the funeral home. Interment, St. Michael's Cemetery, South Hackensack.
