Dolores La Gala, 92, of Clifton passed away on May 19, 2022. Born in Passaic to the late Carmelo and Carmela (Mancini) Virgilio, she lived there for most of her life before moving to Clifton in 2015. Dolores worked for Dykman in Clifton for 25 years before retiring in 1991. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family.

Beloved wife of the late Frank P. La Gala who passed away in 1999. Devoted mother of Antonio of Dingmans Ferry, PA, and his late wife Suzanne, and Carmelo "Mel" and his wife JoAnn of Clifton. Cherished grandmother of Renee La Gala and her wife Tina, Michele Cangialosi and her husband Roberto, Daniel La Gala and his wife Diana and Shaun La Gala and his wife Sarah. Loving great-grandmother of Mathew, Brendan and Gemma Lynn. Dear sister of the late Mary Costanzo and Frances Augustine. Loving aunt of one niece, many nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Visiting Sunday 2-6PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Funeral Service Monday 10AM at the funeral home. Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery, Saddle Brook.
