Dimitrios G. Bahlitzanakis, 74 of Paterson, passed away on July 25, 2025. Born in Crete, Greece, he came to the US in 1975 and lived in Toms River and Astoria, NY, before moving to Paterson 15 years ago. A parishioner of St. George's Greek Orthodox Church, Clifton, Dimitrios was a Pastry Chef at the Tom Sawyer Diner in Paramus for several years.

Beloved husband of Maria (Zervas) Bahlitzanakis. Devoted father of Manolis Bahlitzanakis, and George Bahlitzanakis and his wife Marquita. Loving grandfather of Christian, Ayden and Sofia. Dear brother of Maria and Angela.

Visiting Thursday, July 31, 2025, 5-8 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. A prayer service will begin at 6 PM.
