Diego Acevedo 45, of Passiac, passed away on July 28, 2015. Born in Madrid, Spain, he came to the US in 1970 and was raised in North Bergen before moving to Passiac in 1997. A parishioner of St. Andrew the Apostle RC Church, Clifton, Diego was a Computer IT Manager for several years for CIT Corp of Livingston, Citibank in Weehawken and Morgan Staney in Brooklyn. Beloved husband of Angela (Scalera). Devoted father of Steven and Matthew. Loving son of Carmen (Casquero) of and the late Jose Acevedo. Dear brother of Jose and his wife Jenny of Florida, and Leonardo "Lenny" and his wife Nicole of Florham Park. Funeral Friday 9:15 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10:30 AM at St. Andrew the Apostle RC Church, Clifton. Entombment Garden of Memories, Township of Washington.
