Delores (Kubalek) Stys, 81, of Clifton passed away on March 27, 2011. Born in Milwaukee, WI, she was a resident of Passaic and Garfield before moving to Clifton in 1957.

A parishioner of St. Andrew the Apostle RC Church, Clifton, Delores was a Soloist and active member of the Choir at St. Stanislaus Kostka RC Church, Garfield. Delores was a Secretary for the Slovak Catholic Sokol in Passaic for over 25 years.

Beloved wife for 55 years of the late Stephen G. Stys who died in 2005. Devoted mother of Stephanie Eick and her husband Fred of Morristown, Frances Wojcik and her husband Frank of Garfield, and Stephen P. Stys and his wife Susan of Pequannock. Dear sister of Maryann Reinhardt of Augusta and Janet Roepke of Pompton Plains, and the late Adele Porubsky and Mildred Misun. Loving grandmother of Ryan, Ashley, Jamie, Kristin, Megan and Melissa.

Funeral Thursday 9 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at St. Andrew the Apostle RC Church, Clifton. Interment, Calvary Cemetery, Paterson. Visiting Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. www.shookfh.com
