Daniel O. Rivera, 28, of Totowa passed away on September 15, 2023. Born in Paterson, he was living in Totowa, NJ. Daniel became a Marine in 2015 and since his discharge in 2019 has been finding joy in giving his time to those in need. He began working with AmeriCorps as a Youth and Homelessness Advocate with the Great Falls Youth Center, Paterson, NJ about 1 month ago and volunteering throughout multiple cities at all times, helping at risk young adults, setting up events, mowing lawns for the elderly and much much more to fulfill his urge and passion of helping people. Dan walked with the Lord. His passion for God was so immense and great. Dan spread the word and love of God wherever it led him.

Cherished husband for 7 years of Tracy (Minetto) Rivera. Devoted father of Nirvana Nieves and Aviana Rivera. Cherished son of Yolanda Baier and Anibal Rivera. Dear brother of Ricardo Maldonado.
