Obituary

Czeslawa (Jaskot) "Tessie" Wolosz, 90, of Passaic passed away on March 27, 2011. Born in Wallington, she lived in Clifton before moving to Passaic in 1956.

Tessie and her late husband John were the owners of Wolosz Decorating on Van Houten in Passaic, which they opened in 1956.

A parishioner of St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton, Tessie was a member of the Rosary & Altar Society, the Bread of Life Prayer Group, Loaves and Fishes, and the Leisure Club. Tessie was also a member of the ARFA Singing Society, the Polish Singers Alliance and Association Sons of Poland, District # 7.

Beloved wife of the late John who died in 1999. Devoted mother of John C. of Wallington. Cherished grandmother of Matthew and Katie. Dear sister of Edward Jaskot of Krakow, Poland, and Wladyslawa Saczawa of Krawce, Poland. Loving aunt of Elizabeth "Ela" Zielinski of Clifton.

Funeral Thursday 8 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 9 AM at St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton. Interment, St. Michael's Cemetery, South Hackensack. Visiting Wednesday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Alzheimer's Association, P.O.
