Cielo Arevalo, 77, passed away on May 30, 2024. Born in Barranquilla, Colombia, she traveled to the US in 1967and lived in Queens, NY, then later moved to Passaic before settling in Clifton. Cielo worked in printing and packing for Challenge Printing Company, Clifton, for many years before retiring.

Cielo was predeceased by her parents Aquileo Arevalo and Carmen Cabarcas.

Beloved sister of Gloria Bayuelo. Cherished aunt of Erlly Bayuelo and his wife Ninoska and Christian Bayuelo and his wife Danielle. Loving great-aunt of Nicholas, Daniella, Olivia and Devin Bayuelo. Beloved by the entire Arevalo-Bayuelo family.

Visiting Monday 5 – 8 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Funeral Tuesday 9:45 AM at the funeral home and 11 AM at St. Philip the Apostle RC Church, Clifton. Cremation, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton.

In lieu of flowers, donations made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, www.StJude.org in memory of Cielo, would be greatly appreciated.

Cielo Arévalo, de 77 años, falleció el 30 de mayo de 2024. Nacida en Barranquilla, Colombia, viajó a los Estados Unidos en 1967 y vivió en Queens, Nueva York, luego se mudó a Passaic antes de establecerse en Clifton en el 2006. Cielo trabajó en impresión y embalaje para Challenge Printing Company, Clifton, durante muchos años antes de jubilarse.
